NEW RESOURCE: RTRI State Law Map is LIVE 🇺🇸

For years, one of the biggest sources of confusion around Released Time Religious Instruction (RTRI) has been this simple question:

“Is this even legal in my state?”

The answer isn’t simple — because release time laws vary widely across the country.

So we built something new.

🗺️ Introducing the SEA RTRI State Law & LifeWise Lobbying Map

This new national resource breaks every state into three clear categories:

1. Shall states → Schools are forced to release students
2. May states → Local districts decide
3. No-law states → Governed by federal precedent (Zorach v. Clauson)

But we didn’t stop there.

This map also tracks where LifeWise Academy has actively lobbied to change state law — including states where their model legislation has already passed.

📊 What this map shows:
• Where local control still exists
• Where it’s already been removed
• Where legislation is spreading next

This is one of the most comprehensive public resources available on RTRI policy in the United States.

If you’re a parent, educator, journalist, or policymaker trying to understand what’s happening in your state — this is for you.
