🌎 EARTH DAY isn’t a vibe. It’s science.

You can’t celebrate Earth Day while normalizing biblical literalism during the school day.

Earth Day is about the future young people are inheriting — and that future depends on evidence: climate science, geology, biology, data, reality.

But too many kids are still being exposed to messaging that treats Genesis as literal history, frames science as suspect, and teaches them to question evidence when it conflicts with belief.

That is not harmless.
That is not neutral.

Biblical literalism has no business dressing itself up as education.

Children cannot protect a planet they are taught not to understand.

This is why it is all connected.

Public schools should be grounded in evidence.

You can’t celebrate Earth Day and deny science.

  • Secular Education Association: Earth Day means nothing without science—and kids shouldn’t have to navigate between evidence and ideology in the same school day.
