“For those wondering how there’s enough time for the red bus to get back to the school before the children need to get to their next class, I just witnessed the bus getting back to the school a few minutes after the bell rang. By the time, the student checks back in, they have to run to their next class and probably won’t be there in time. Our kids already are stressed with only 3-4 minutes before class.”
What people are saying:
- Facebook User: Then their parents shouldn’t have signed their little nervous systems up. This is not a requirement. It is a choice. My kiddo trialed it for half the year until her adhd brain decided she needed the extra gym time that is the special that day of the week. Then she chose gym. Had it been music, I think she would have opted for character building with lifewise.
- Secular Education Association: Facebook User because all parents care about their children and their nervous systems huh? It isn’t a choice that should be available. Send your child to religious school and keep the division out of our public schools. They should remain religiously neutral.
- Facebook User: How is this good for their little nervous systems.. having to run to class because your late then sit down and be ready to learn. Unnecessary stress!
- Facebook User: Tardy is Tardy !!
- Facebook User: Facebook User Not when it’s the buses fault it’s not.
- Facebook User: Are the children considered to be tardy? Is the school policy to mark children tardy if they are ever late for anything else?
- Facebook User: Facebook User yes it is the school policy. And a tardy is a tardy. We can add a note as to why a student is tardy though.
- Facebook User: Facebook User so they need to note that it was the fault of lifewise and notify Lifewise that this is not acceptable.
