Jim Tressel isn’t just a “champion” of Lifewise and Joel’s former coach…he was the entire inspiration for the model of Relevant Speakers Network, Stand for Truth and LifeWise. Joel shamelessly mirrored every aspect of Jim’s ministry, using football, athletics and “success” as tools to spread his Evangelical messaging.
When you look at the history there can be no doubt Jim’s connections at FCA became not only Joel’s base network, but in fact his puppeteers. He’s not a master mind, he’s a tool.
