The woman speaking to the students said “oriental people” and then went on to say that they have slanted eyes from squinting too much, so their bodies adapted. She was discussing how we are all brothers and sisters. Went on to talk about how we descended from Adam and Eve but more recently Noah. And as the world became populated we began to look different as we adapted to our surroundings, dark skinned people living closer to the equator, and slanted eyes, from squinting. Also inferring that we descended from white people. Absolutely wild.”

Yes..I am sure they are teaching totally contrary to science..

- Facebook User: One of the amusing features of creationism is the variations in explanations. If you reject science, your solutions are not dependent on facts, and provable claims. There’s a book called Tower of Babel (Pennock, I think) that examines the wildly different creationisms.
- Facebook User: Actually once the child leaves school property for a non sanctioned school event it is inappropriate for any public school employee to accompany them. If Lifewise wants to recruit young children it is up to them….or the parents…to incur the cost .

Typically Asian students score higher than Caucasian students. Do you know why that is? It’s because of the squinty eyes. Our Asian eyes let in less light than Caucasian eyes so we can stay more focused. When a Caucasian focuses on something and a bright, shiny object passes by… (turns head around quickly) … SQUIRREL! 🙂
And if any of you are offended by that, feel free to send the above joke to the OG woman Lifewise supporter. I’ve felt with racism most of my life and I’m pretty sure I make more $ than her thanks to my public school education pre-Lifewise.

- Facebook User: Jane Larkspur sadly RTRIs are not required to adhere to IEP specifications, so no obligation to provide an aide. State and federal law both state no school resources shall be used to implement RTRI, so this is a violation. But sadly there are districts in our state that have sent aids. Parents need to know this and make an agreement with LW about this prior to the child with disabilities starting in the program. If parents work maybe a grandparent attends with them? Schools should definitely not be providing aides.
