• Facebook User: Secular Education Association not sure if you’re just focusing on Lifewise or if you’d be open to bringing awareness to other programs, I remembered the name of the “sex ed” program they put us through at my school in Ohio, it’s called Relationships Under Construction, and I saw right through it when I was taught it cause I was already progressive as a seventh grader lol and my friends and I recognized how gross the activities they made us do were, one was they had us swish water in our mouth and spit it into a cup and multiple ppl did that to the same cup and they used that as a representation for our bodies if we have sex before marriage like inferring that you’re dirty or used if you do so, purity culture abstinence based save yourself for your future partner and telling kids that having kids is the “proper” path for life, super gross stuff, I looked at their website and the videos they have on there are dystopian asf, I think it’d be good to bring awareness to that too cause for people who are more susceptible to that ideology as a kid can cause a lot of shame surrounding sexuality and like if a child was SAd it can make them feel worse about themselves with the “dirty” rhetoric
