We receieved an email from one of our members who attended this service in Medina County, Ohio. She wrote a letter to an editor to share what she witnessed. They have not published it, so she graciously sent us a copy with permission to share.
Thank you Liz. SEA wouldn’t exist if it weren’t for you and others like you. You are literally our eyes and ears on the ground and we can’t fight back effectively without you.
Please feel free to contact us at any time at contact@seculareducationassociation.org

- Facebook User: Not that I have a problem believing this but before I share would like to know it was somehow vetted? Thanks!
- Secular Education Association: Facebook User we did confirm that the meeting took place. Unfortunately, beyond that, we have no further confirmation or vetting ability. The member who supplied the letter has been with our organization for quite a while now, we can offer you that. Hope this helps!
- Facebook User: Secular Education Association thanks

Like- yes, I’m glad she went to report on the meeting.
Sad/ Angry – that this is occurring in our public schools. - Facebook User: Wow. Sounds like they stacked the audience. Plants.
- Facebook User: The letter may have been to long for an LTE not sure what the gazette’s rules are regarding their LTE’s
- Facebook User: Why can’t we understand that religion and education have no place intertwined 😢! Too many children have already been victims to religious leaders…..when will we put our children’s safety first?
I would never trust a church with my children. It’s time to hold parents accountable too
