📢 Religious Freedom Counter Rally – Join Us!

The Secular Education Association invites you to stand with us in defense of secular public education and the separation of church and state.

We’ll be gathering for a peaceful counter-rally during the Ohio Statehouse Prayer Rally, sponsored by the Ohio Christian Legislators Caucus. Their keynote speaker will be Joel Penton, CEO and founder of LifeWise Academy—a group that targets children with evangelical doctrine, treats public schools as mission fields, and siphons public resources away from local communities to serve their own corporate agenda. LifeWise is actively partnering with Ohio’s Republican-led legislature, which is already defunding public schools and redirecting those funds to private religious institutions—further accelerating the destruction of our public education system.
