In true Ohio fashion, lawmakers are yet again USING THE BUDGET to change RTRI laws.
On top of requiring RTRI to take place 33 periods a year, the new Senate budget is attempting to stop schools from adopting a policy that prevents students from returning with candy, trinkets and invitations.
It really shows how important bribery is to LifeWise’s business model….
