When LifeWise Academy or FCA come into town, it’s not just an “innocent option” for parents — it changes the culture of the whole school. Parents are already seeing bullying, exclusion, and fear when these groups push religion into classrooms. Public schools should be for education, not indoctrination.

What people are saying:
- Facebook User: Candy, literature, pressure, and shunning come to school with this fundamentalist program.
- Facebook User: Seems like Lifewise’s character development includes bullying.
- Facebook User: I have stated this elsewhere, but in a discussion this week with family, I have heard of 3 cases in 3 different counties in Ohio where a non-Lifewise student was told they were going to hell for not attending Lifewise courses by students who were attending. They were all between 6 and 8 years old.
- Facebook User: Facebook User please have them give testimony and make complaints to the FFRF.
- Facebook User: They are in the Marshall County, Ky school system in a grade school level and they are trying to get their program into Lone Oak Middle School according to some Facebook posts that News Channel 6 WPSD out of Paducah was part of recently.
Evidently the news station was doing a story on the character building lessons that Lifewise wants to implement in several ares of Kentucky. There is a debate about whether Lifewise is sponsored by, or associated with The Heritage Foundation and Project 2025 but is being peddled / presented as this Character building project.
Lots of parents have many questions, and some do believe there are more details to be had especially when church officials feel more qualified to “ teach” this program, with a parents permission there are questions of using taxpayer dollars to bus students to and from school to a local Baptist church for instruction.
There are many questions of separation of church and state and the public school system. Many have questions and concerns about why other religions are not equally discussed? I would like to see this post sent to WPSD out of Paducah, Ky school system and the McCracken County School Board because maybe they should be doing some homework before this program gets into the public school system.
- Facebook User: It was the GOP state legislators that mandated school districts to allow this. VOTE BLUE!!
