🚨 LIFEWISE IS HURTING STUDENTS WITH IEPs

Elmwood Local School District in Ohio admitted they can’t meet federally mandated IEP hours because of LifeWise Academy. Instead of fixing the problem, they drafted a letter asking parents to sign off on fewer services.

❌ IEPs are legal contracts. They cannot be altered this way.
❌ If the school can’t provide services, where did the money go?
❌ LifeWise is pulling resources away from the students who need them most.

And here’s the bigger problem: Elmwood just got caught. Imagine how many other schools believe this is okay—and are quietly doing the same thing.

LifeWise is not harmless. It is undermining public education, and our most vulnerable students are paying the price.

💙 We will always support public schools—but they must follow the law and protect their students. When they don’t, we will call it out at every turn.
