🚨 LifeWise Launch Numbers Raise Serious Safety and Transparency Concerns🚨
LifeWise currently lists over a thousand programs as “launched” on their own public step-tracking pages. But as we review their data, we’re finding important patterns that families deserve to know about.
One of the most concerning issues is that LifeWise is marking programs as “launched” even when they are still in Step 8 — the stage where volunteers are supposed to complete required training, including:
🚨mandated-reporter training
🚨child-safety training
🚨basic program preparation
Step 8 is designed to ensure adult volunteers are prepared and qualified before students are released off school grounds.
So when a program appears as “launched” while still at Step 8, it raises real questions:
🚨Are these programs operating before training is complete?
🚨Are volunteers fully certified and cleared?
🚨Are students being released to programs that are not yet ready?
Families deserve clarity about what “launched” truly means — and whether programs have met the basic safety requirements before they begin taking children off campus.
Secular Education Association will continue monitoring LifeWise’s publicly available step-tracking system to keep parents informed as accurately as possible.
