Come help us put EMPATHY into ACTION. š
On Saturday, May 2, from 11 AM to 2 PM, Join SEA for a community event centered on inclusion, dignity, empathy, and belonging in public schools ā because ALL students belong there: students of EVERY faith and students of NO faith at all.
Our differences are part of what teach us how to live alongside one another with dignity and care.
Volunteers will be gathering to help assemble Belonging Day Bags, and families are invited to jump in and help or simply come enjoy the day. Families will also be able to take a Belonging Bag home with them.
Weāll have opportunities to contribute to our Belonging Wall, write supportive notes, enjoy family-friendly activities, connect with others in the community, and stop by a resource table with SEA and partner organizations. Weāll also have light refreshments available.
