Ohio is the receipt. Now check your state.

Ohio is the receipt. Now check your state.

When released-time religious instruction laws change from “may” to “shall,” local school districts lose power.

That tiny word change can mean the difference between:

“Our district may allow this.”
and
“Our district shall allow this.”

That is not local control.
That is state lawmakers forcing public schools to accommodate outside religious programs during the school day.

And Ohio is not the only state people should be watching…👀

SEA created a national RTRI state law map so parents, teachers, school board members, and community members can see what the law says where they live.

Because this playbook does not work if the public sees it coming.
