We are sick and tired of public school districts handing LifeWise Academy the microphone and calling it “neutrality.”

You do not get to use official school newsletters, handbooks, parent emails, school schedules, district platforms, and our children’s backpacks to advertise a private Christian program – then act shocked when parents call it what it looks like:

🚨Promotion.
🚨Endorsement.
🚨Recruitment.

We collected examples of LifeWise Academy appearing in official school communication channels: newsletters, handbooks, strategic plans, class schedules, parent letters, permission materials, websites, and school-linked advertisements.

Review the examples here:

*️⃣The screenshots in this post are just a few examples. There are dozens more in the document. This is not one district. This is not one flyer. This is a pattern.

Some examples are subtle. Some are much worse. But together, they show a clear pattern: LifeWise is not simply existing “outside” the school day. Districts are helping place it in front of families through trusted public-school channels.

LifeWise is not a school program.
It is not counseling.
It is not student support.
It is not character education.
It is not a student club.

It is a private religious program that pulls children out of public school during the school day for Bible instruction.

The Supreme Court’s decision in Zorach allowed students to leave school for off-campus religious instruction under limited conditions. It did not give public schools permission to become a marketing department for one religious group.

👏🏻And it sure as hell did not say public school communication systems belong to LifeWise Academy.

We also want to be clear: we see the districts trying to hold the line. We sincerely appreciate the school leaders, teachers, staff, and board members protecting instructional time, applying policies neutrally, and refusing to turn public schools into recruitment pipelines.

This post is not aimed at districts doing everything they can.
It is aimed at the ones using public-school trust to sell private religious instruction.

If LifeWise wants to recruit children, let them do it from their churches, their websites, their billboards, and their own mailing lists -with their money.

👉Public schools are not LifeWise’s free marketing department.
👉Our children are not their customer base.

And district trust should not be used as their sales funnel.

Not just LifeWise; any outside religious program being advertised through official public school channels.
