🌈Pride Month reminder:

When groups like LifeWise, Bible2School, FCA, and Good News Club say they just want to “share the gospel” with kids, parents need to ask a harder question:

What gospel? And what does it teach about LGBTQ+ children?

Because this is not just about crafts.
It is not just about snacks.
It is not just about “character.”
It is not just about a nice coach praying at practice.

Many of these groups teach a worldview where queer kids are not whole, not equal, not safe as they are, and not acceptable unless they change.

Then they ask for access to public school children…

During the school day.
After school.
Before school.
Through athletic programs.
Through permission slips.
Through buses.
Through clubs.
Through “mentors.”
Through adults children are taught to trust.

And somehow we are supposed to pretend that is harmless?

Public schools should not be pipelines to organizations that treat LGBTQ+ identity as sin, brokenness, confusion, or a problem to be fixed.

They can call it ministry.
They can call it character.
They can call it fellowship.
They can call it Good News.

But for a queer kid sitting in that room, hearing that who they are is wrong?

👉That is not good news. That is harm.

This is why secular public schools matter.
Neutrality is not anti-Christian.

Neutrality is what keeps one religious worldview from being handed the keys to everyone else’s children.

🚨LGBTQ+ kids do not need public schools to help religious groups reach them.
They need public schools to protect them.

🚫Public schools are not mission fields.
🚫Children are not conversion projects.
🚫Queer kids are not broken.

And “love the sinner” still sounds like hate when you are the child being told you are the sin.

What people are saying:

  • Facebook User: Their tactics are offensive to most Christians, as well. Jesus told us not to judge, to love, to be meek, inclusive, and generous. LW teaches kids to pressure, bully, and shun.
  • Facebook User: ❤️❤️❤️
