    And Everett Piper is not subtle. He is a conservative Christian culture-war figure with a public record of anti-LGBTQ and anti-trans messaging. SPLC reported on his anti-LGBTQ rhetoric, including an op-ed where he told readers to replace “LGBTQ” with “ISIS.” HRC also called out Oklahoma Wesleyan under Piper for seeking a Title IX religious exemption related to transgender students.

    So when you slide under a post that says LGBTQ+ teachers are not a threat and start ranting about “government-run schools immersed in secularism,” nobody is confused.

    We know who you are.

    We know what message you are carrying.

    And we know this was never really about test scores….ever.
