In case you missed it: LifeWise Summit is coming to the Dayton Convention Center
For reference: SEA does not advise, condone, or participate in protests at public schools or around children. Students and families should be able to come and go to their public school without being recruited, confronted, or pulled into an adult conflict—by anyone.
LifeWise Summit is different. It is not a school event, and it is one event SEA has peacefully protested in previous years.
Each year, LifeWise attendees have made it very clear they noticed our presence—sometimes with middle fingers raised as they drove past.
Should SEA make an appearance again this year? Let us know what you think.

- Facebook User: Only if we can get a healthy number of people and make a meaningful impact. I’m not sure what that number is…25? 50? 100? If it’s just 8 or 10 of us, I say no. Not much time to plan. How many following SEA are within a couple of hours of Dayton? Are there other groups to partner with, e.g. humanists, progressive pastors, Meetup groups? Just ideas…

- Facebook User: If you feel comfortable showing up to protest I fully support it as our 1st amendment right of free speech. It will perhaps bring greater exposure to SEAs mission to protect all children from the exposures of religious indoctrination and pressure to conform in taxpayer spaces. It’s important that people who have been afraid to speak up about it see that they are not alone!!
