π¨ PART TWO β CBS Texas has now posted the standalone video for Part Two of its LifeWise investigation that aired last night:

CBS spent weeks digging into this story, interviewed SEA co-founder Zach Parrish, and came directly to us for information about LifeWise.
So while this segment focuses on what is happening in Denton, McKinney, and Plano, we want to zoom the camera out.
π¨Our national LifeWise tracking map currently shows:
β’ 1,192 Texas districts targeted by LifeWise
β’ 27 Texas schools with LifeWise activity
β’ 3 Texas districts already at Step 11 β fully launched
π©And many more are moving through the launch process.
We track this district by district and school by school because by the time LifeWise becomes a local headline, the organizing is often already well underway.
CBS is showing you what this looks like on the ground. Our map shows you the scale. π³

What people are saying:
- Secular Education Association: Facebook User β we provided extensive information, documentation, and mapping for this investigation. As this series wraps tonight, we hope viewers also learn who has been doing the long-term grassroots work of tracking LifeWise district by district, school by school. π
- Facebook User: They are in Indiana passing out flyers to children walking home from school. How creepy I hope that Texas does not allow this.
- Facebook User: Facebook User Classic groomer behavior.
- Facebook User: Facebook User cops need to stop them. It should be illegal for them to approach kids.
- Facebook User: Facebook User π― fact
- Facebook User: LifeWise is a cult
- Facebook User: Facebook User $$$$$ in cults. Usually taken off the adherents.
- Facebook User: STD of the Christian World
- Facebook User: Lifewise Academy is Christian Nationalism.
Lifewise Academy believes God sent them to reclaim the public schools. They claim the schools were previously owned by “the enemy.” Forget that the majority of Christians attend public school. Most religious and non-religious students and families attend public schools. Public schools are not owned by a single religion. Declaring that you are at war with the schools, families, and children is disgusting language.
Lifewise Academy has been vocal, stating that its mission is to give parents the option for their children to attend a religious program during the school day. That is not the case. Their goal has always been to use the public schools as a mission field. Lifewise has pushed messaging that Christians “own” the schools. Now Lifewise appears to have a warfare strategy for taking the schools back. The words “battle” and “warfare” are repeated in the two videos. The last clip is from an interview Joel Penton did with Family Policy Alliance.
The message is clear. The goal is clear. Take back schools for Christianity. Lifewise Academy and other religious groups routinely break the law by using the school system to push their programs on students. This is why. Lifewise believes it is at war with the schools. If you think public schools should be specifically for Christian students, keep supporting Lifewise Academy. If you think public schools should be places where people of all faiths or no faith can send their children, then speak up and tell the schools and your local legislators that Lifewise must follow the law. Lifewise is systematically changing laws in states across the country to force public schools to “collaborate” with it. This should be left up to families and individuals, not the schools.
Lifewise thinks they own the schools.
