🚩 LIFEWISE, LAWSUITS & LIES.

Before LifeWise sued our co-founder, they were not providing their complete curriculum to anyone — including parents whose own children were enrolled.

Parents were expected to send their children out of the public-school building during the school day and simply trust LifeWise’s description of what was being taught.

That is why the lawsuit mattered.
That is why the settlement mattered.
🚩 And that is why the continued resistance matters now.

LifeWise sells itself with words like:

“Non-denominational.”
“Interdenominational.”
“Bible education.”
“Character education.”

But the actual material is explicitly Christian instruction rooted in a specific theological framework, teaching evangelical claims as truth and operating within a broader dominionist/Christian-nationalist ecosystem where movements like the Seven Mountains Mandate explicitly target education for influence and control.

👉 That is exactly why access to the curriculum is NOT optional.

Parents deserve the actual curriculum.

Not the marketing.
Not the brochure.
Not the label.

Every. Single. Page.

And before this litigation, LifeWise was not giving them that access.

🚩 It took a federal lawsuit and negotiated settlement for anyone — including enrolled families — to gain a guaranteed right to request the complete, current curriculum.

And even after agreeing to that, attorneys have repeatedly had to press LifeWise to comply.

Now look at this.

LifeWise advertised a dual-credit course called Christianity, Culture, and Worldview as part of its high-school programming.

Students registered through LifeWise.
LifeWise students were placed into LifeWise-specific sections.
The course was taken during LifeWise time.
LifeWise reportedly paid the tuition.
LifeWise advertised it as something it offered.

But when asked to provide the curriculum under the settlement?

Suddenly:

“It is not a LifeWise course.” 🤡

Oook.

So LifeWise can recruit the students, organize enrollment, pay the tuition, create exclusive sections and advertise the course—

but the second someone asks to see what those students are actually being taught, suddenly LifeWise wants distance from it.

Nah.

This was never just about copyright.

It is about an organization gaining access to public-school children while controlling how much parents are allowed to see about what happens once those children leave the building.

And when that organization operates alongside a movement openly talking about capturing influence over education, “trust us” is not good enough.

We are not opposed to Christianity.

We are opposed to disguising one specific religious worldview as generic “character education” and then making parents fight to see the actual lessons.

🚫 If you are teaching children, their parents should never need lawyers to see the lesson.

Nearly two years later, we are still fighting for it.
