We’re incredibly grateful to the Freedom from Religion Foundation – Cincinnati Metro Chapter for awarding the Secular Education Association its annual Recognition $1,000 charitable grant and inviting our Executive Director, Molly Gaines, to speak at its August meeting. ❤️
It’s also an excellent reminder of why supporting your local and state chapters matters. 👏
These are often the people closest to what is happening in their communities — building relationships, showing up, sharing resources, opening doors, and choosing to put real support behind the people and organizations doing the work.
⭐️One of the best things organizations can do for one another is make the circle bigger: share the work, make introductions, amplify each other, and invest in the people already doing it.
If you’re in the Cincinnati area, follow FFRF Cincinnati Metro. Join the chapter. Show up to a meeting. Share their events. And if you shop at Kroger, you can even select the chapter through Kroger Community Rewards and support their work simply by doing the shopping you were already going to do.
This work gets stronger when organizations stop operating in silos and start investing in one another. Strong local organizations make all of us stronger, and we’re deeply grateful for their support and their willingness to invest directly in this work.
