Did you miss the part where LifeWise’s background-check providers keep quietly changing? 👀
Every time there is a scandal or controversy, there seems to be a new explanation, a new vendor name, or a missing FAQ….
And somehow parents and school boards are still supposed to accept:
“They passed our background checks.”
What?..… NO.
That is not transparency or oversight.
That is exactly why we investigated. 🕵️♀️
A vendor name is not a child-safety policy.
A private ministry’s reassurance is not proof.

First, LifeWise refused to share its curriculum.
Then we learned it is not actually “non-denominational.”
Now the background check story keeps changing; different vendors, different explanations, and no clear, uniform public standard for communities to verify.
So what exactly are families supposed to think?
Misrepresentation. Deceit. Cover ups. Lawsuits. Lobbying. Lies. And predators? Because this does not sound like “character education” to us…
